If you don't know what to expect for one of our Crossfit Classes. Here's a look at a class Pepe taught a few weeks ago.
First the warm up
Before each class we do a warm up. In today's call we did the following.

After that it's push up time! Then we did squats. We need to do this routine twice.

Time to do some Crossfit!
After the warm up... It's crossfit time! The great thing about Crossfit is the diversity of exercises each member will be doing. Pepe and the rest of the team at Precision Athletic Crossfit team create different set of exercises each week. Here's our routine for the day. For each crossfit member Pepe will keep track of your progress by timing you and monitoring your week to week progress.

Before we the start of the routine, Pepe will go thru technique to ensure we're doing each exercise the proper way and working the right muscle groups. It also decreases the likelihood of injury.

After each person has completed their 5 rounds, it's time to finish off the working with some ab work! Sit up w/ weights is just one of three different ab exercises we did.

As you can see, Crossfit is a great and fun workout. If you're looking to lose weight at the same time challenge yourself, you definately have to attend our crossfit classes.
